A little extra reach.
Basic Meta advertising and boosted-post management are included in Grow Together and Full Bloom. This includes digital ad creative, basic campaign setup, and routine performance monitoring.
Advertising budgets are separate from service fees and paid directly by the client through their own advertising accounts.
Advanced advertising—including full-funnel strategy, extensive testing, retargeting, landing pages, advanced conversion tracking, larger advertising budgets, and Google Ads—is quoted separately.
A few things to know.
Do I need to provide photos and videos?
Stay Rooted relies on client-provided photos and videos. Grow Together shares content-collection responsibilities. With Full Bloom, Social on the Hill takes the lead on planning and collecting content, with your cooperation and access to your business.
How do content sessions work?
Grow Together includes up to 2 sessions per 12-month service period. Full Bloom includes up to 4 sessions total per 12-month service period. Sessions must be scheduled at least 2 weeks in advance and used within the applicable service period. Session length and location are agreed upon in advance. Any applicable travel costs will be outlined in your proposal.
What does community engagement include?
We respond to routine comments using approved business information and participate in relevant conversations in approved community groups where included. Scheduling requests, pricing questions, complaints, emergencies, and questions requiring operational knowledge are referred to your designated business contact. Engagement takes place during standard business days.
Are photography and other design services included?
Included content sessions focus on social media content collection. Professional photography, headshots, commercial videography, additional content sessions, print materials, billboards, vehicle graphics, and other standalone design projects are quoted separately.
Who handles permissions for content?
Clients are responsible for securing necessary customer, employee, and location permissions before content is collected or published.
